This guide is intended to walk you through the installation of the Genband SoftpHone and configure it to work with Clear Voice Telecom's business phone service. It is highly recommended that you disable your anti-virus protection during the installation process. The installation assumes you are running Windows XP and have the latest updates available as of February 5, 2008. You may update your computer at update.microsoft.com.
