Web Portal Conferencing Guide

This tutorial will guide you through the creation of a conference call through the Web Portal feature.

• Go to http://phones.clearvoicetel.com
• The username is your  ten digit phone number
• The password is that which you, the user, has set it to
• Once logged in, click on “Conferencing”

• Click “Add” at the bottom of the screen.
• Fill in the information as required.
• Click “Check Availability”
• If the time slot is free, you will see a screen like this.

• Click “Save”
• The system will then present you with the information required to access the conference including the outside number and access code to dial.

• After this, you will need to inform the participants of the conference call, the number to dial, and their access code (Guest ID).
